Description:

The Air District inspector investigated this complaint but did not find any trains smoking at the time. He met with the SF Bay Railroad facility who said they do operate the locomotives about 3 hour per day from 4:30am to 12:30pm. The inspector reminded the facility to minimize visible emissions.
