The complaint location provided appears to be the Darling International rendering facility. The Air District inspector who investigated met with the Darling plant manager to discuss odors and smoke. He observed burnt cooking odors but did not observe gray smoke coming from the plant's waste heat boiler exhaust stack at the time.
