Thank you for submitting an odor service request. For a rapid response, we also recommend calling our free hotline 311 to report odor issues. Considering the location you provided, I contacted our engineers in our Wastewater Treatment Plant and we are looking into it.

Description:
Our Southeast Treatment Plant (SEP) was shut down for maintenance repairs on May 10th for several hours which could have caused the odors. Everything should be back to normal but we encourage neighbors of our plant to report odors to either 3-1-1 or our SEP Operations 415-920-4700. If calling SEP, then the caller will be asked questions about the odors and we can respond sooner. Our operations office will also generate an Incident report for odors through our citywide 3-1-1 system to track reports.
