Description
While walking from the Walgreens at the bayview plaza to my house, I could barely breathe due to a strong raw sewage odor.

An Air District inspector was not able to make it to this location in time to verify this odor, but it sounds as if it is related to the odor that was logged in IVAN on May 8th. The SFPUC said that the Southeast plant was down for maintenance at the time. In the future Please also call our complaint line directly at 1-800-334-ODOR (6367) for the best chance of getting an inspector out to the location before the odor dissipates.
