Thank you for the complaint. The Air District inspector investigated the odors coming from the Sewage Treatment Plant and found generally normal operations. However he said that it seems on hot days the anaerobic digesters emit a stronger sour odor that he detected downwind of the plant. The facility was not in violation of any Air District regulations but the odors were discussed with plant staff.
