  Hi, thank you for submitting a report through IVAN. We try to maintain the odor to a minimum at our facility; we rely on these reports to help us gauge our service and hopefully address these issues at once. I submitted a 311 Sewer report based on this transcription. Unfortunately, I can't do much right now to make the plant look better, but we are investing billions of dollars to address both issues and many more as part of our Sewer System Improvement Program (SSIP), you can read more about it here: http://sfwater.org/index.aspx?page=796
