Thank you for registering your complaint. I filed a report through 311 for sewer odor. The smell of sulfur can come up from catch basins as the water evaporates from the basin and breaks the odor seal. Typically, our sewer ops will go to the site and verify the report and then follow up with a flush or other solutions. If the problem persists, please call 311 as soon as you smell it and report it here as well to help us track it!
