Thank you for submitting your request. I have forwarded this request into the city's 24/7 hotline 3-1-1 for trash pickup and sewer odor from the plant. If these smells persist, please call (415) 920-4700 to report odors related to plant and goes directly to the Chief office so they can act faster.
