Hello, The Air District inspector went to the area of interest on 4/12/18 in the morning and did not observe illegal idling of vehicles at that time. California's diesel idling regulations apply to commercial diesel trucks over 10,000 pounds and school buses. Unfortunately, the regulation would not apply to the RV in the video. You may ask the SFPD if there is a motor vehicle law for idling in San Francisco, but I believe there is not one.
