Description:

An Air District inspector visited the area of the Pier 94 and also Cargo Way and 3rd street (based on another complaint) and found no foul odors to investigate. A description of the type of odor would help our inspector come up with possible sources of the odor to investigate even if the odor is gone when he/she arrives.
