Good morning , address is 1751 Carroll Av .Pa 201211073775. Contractor is Nibbi Bros Associates. Donal Duffy. Senior Building Inspector. Good morning , I performed an inspection at 1751 Carroll Av and 5830 3rd St and did not observe any visible dusst. Inspection performed on 9/2/15 at 9.00am. Donal Duffy. Sr Building Inspector.

Description:

An Air District inspector visited this site and found out that there are two on-going construction sites in the area. BGI/NIBBI is constructing the Senior Housing Redevelopment Project at 1751 Carroll Avenue. He met with the Superintendent and they are now spraying water around the construction site every two hours as required by their construction dust mitigation plan. They will also consider covering the soil stockpile or continuously wetting it down to prevent windblown dust. The inspector did not observed visible emissions at the time and the dirt was sprayed with water. Neither of the sites are Naturally Occurring Asbestos (NOA) project sites. The inspector will follow up and has also contacted the neighboring construction site.
