Thank you for submitting this report. I called our Southeast Plant Operations (415) 920-4700. Our operators mentioned that the Air District has not reached out to them and that our facility rarely produces smells like manure, especially in this area. Typically wastewater processes smell of sulfur or methane. I created a 311 report to make sure that the investigators will come look at any other issues on the site.

The Air District inspector investigated the location at about 3pm on July 18th. He did not smell any manure-type odors. He also did not notice any landscaping (using compost) in the area.
