Thank you for submitting this report. I called our Southeast Plant Operations (415) 920-4700 today and they mentioned both flares are running. Methane is odorless but is sometimes mixed with hydrogen sulfide which produces a "rotten egg" smell. I have filed a report through 311sf.org where our Sewer Ops will investigate and track the report. In the future, please provide details such as an accurate location (nearest cross street, for example).
