Burning Tire Smell

Description:
The same burning tire smell was noticeable when I took my kids to the playground. At that time, we didn't smell it near our home, but in Silver Terrace. To summarize, we smelled the same toxic odor starting Friday afternoon all the way to Sunday evening. Please have the authorities come out to survey the area again. This is serious stuff and I can't have my children inhaling this stuff. Thank you.
