Illegal Dumping

Description:

Large amount of illegal dumping off the foot path that connects Keith with Bayshore. Paint cans, motor oil, plastic and glass, metal, furniture, used diapers, food waste, clothes, bedding, and other miscellaneous junk. It's all littered through the treeline and pushed up against the chain link fence. Not sure who's responsible for the property, and to be honest I don't really care. I just want it cleaned up. 311 service request number #10456679 opened on 2/6. It's my 4th request for cleaning up that site, but none have seen any movement. Because it's a foot path and doesn't have a proper address, they've been ignoring it. Help!
