Thank you for submitting this report. I messaged our Wastewater staff regarding this report. Additionally, I submitted a 311 request for tracking purposes. I want to offer the Southeast Plant Operations (415) 920-4700 hotline as an additional method of reporting in the moment, as these smells can come and go.
