Greenaction was leading a tour for youth from Bayview Hunters Point this afternoon and when we arrived to where Darling is located we were overwhelmed with a sickening smell. We are well aware this is an ongoing problem and Darling is apparently allowed to pollute our air with impunity. I also called the Air District complaint line and filed an odor complaint with them. I look forward to learning if an inspector was sent to the site, and what if anything the Air District plans on doing about this ongoing problem.
