Description

There is a strong industrial smell coming from the Hunter's point shipyard area almost nightly in the early AM times. From my residence on top of a hill, I can see there is some kind of project work occurring in that area, about 1/2 mile away. I have noticed this smell for more than 2 months now since the date of report. I would like to request a follow up to the report as well and I would be able to help point to the location of the project site if needed.
