Third day in a row bad odor coming from 3rd at cargo way believe it is the sewage treatment released not sure needs to be checked out very offensive

Thank you. The Air District will send an inspector to investigate as soon as possible. We will also be contacting the SFPUC if we find that this issue is regarding the underground sewage system, pump station or sewage treatment.
